Tease

Hi there, if anyone is still out there. Well, you see, in my defence, our camera battery is broken so we are unable to take digital pictures at the moment, I am back to work full time, and life is exceedingly busy!! Like yours isn't too, I know, I know. Well we find ourselves halfway through October already and we are now passed the one year mark as a blog! It was so much easier keeping it going in the beginning because Ciana slept twice a day, Oh yes, I wasn't working!! At least not in the traditional sense.
Anyways, Ciana will be 18 months at the end of this month and has 80% of her teeth and teething didn't really seem too bad for her. Her hair is thick and really curly and she has hazel eyes but they seem to have blue in them too. She is curious about everything and loves to do the things she sees others do, like dance and sing, sweep the floors and talk on the phone. Her appetite is awesome and she will try almost anything put in front of her except eggs and avocado still. She is attending daycare 4 afternoons a week and seems to have adjusted nicely, now barely giving me a bu-bye momma before toddling off down the hallway. Her latest words are Pi--zza and tittytat (who goes meeeeeow). She sleeps pretty much throughout the nights now only occasionally waking from what seems to be a bad dream or maybe just a startle in the darkness but inevitably she will wind up in our bed for the next few hours until we get sick of her sleeping sideways, kicking and headbutting.
She had her first real cold a couple of weeks ago complete with red nose, a major cough and sweats in the night, poor baby. She must have been so amazed as to what her body was capable of those first few days, especially every time she sneezed!
Well I should go. Its time to get her off to daycare, I can't believe how time has gotten away from me today.
